How it works?
Interview
We conduct in-depth interviews with every candidate and match them according to Employers’ requirements
Every candidate is interviewed by one of our experienced consultants in person or via video call.
Review & Assessment
We review every resume and supporting documents, including finding out the reasons for gaps in their employment history.
We make it a point to gather employment references whenever possible.
Matching
We will match a candidate with the right personality, skills and aptitude based on Employers’ requirements.
We will then share candidates’ biodatas and arrange interviews.
Once a match is secured, it’s back over to us and we’ll take care of the rest till deployment day.
Follow Up
We maintain active and regular follow ups with Employers and provide assistance with counselling, travel arrangements and work permit renewals.
